Council meeting dominated by how to fund €2.4 billion for economic recovery plan

Brussels, 18/11/2009 (Agence Europe) - European finance ministers spared no effort on Wednesday 18 November on how to solve the equation over the funding of the €2.4 billion economic recovery plan in 2010 (following on from €2.6 billion in 2009). Negotiations between Parliament and Council have focused mainly on the €258 million that remain to be found out of the total €2.4 billion.
