18/11/2009 (Agence Europe) - The EU Council of Ministers on Tuesday 17 November commended the efforts of the rule of law mission in Kosovo (EULEX) and expressed its continuing support for the effort being made by this mission to implement its mandate throughout Kosovar territory.
