Brussels, 18/11/2009 (Agence Europe) - The agriculture and fisheries ministers of the member states of the EU will meet in Brussels on Friday 20 November from 9.30am, to seek an agreement on technical fisheries measures (see other article) and on total allowable catches (TACs) in the waters of the Black Sea. Over their working lunch, the ministers will discuss with Joe Borg, European Commissioner for Maritime Affairs, the framework of decision-making in the future common fisheries policy...
