United States, Mexico and EU request WTO panel over Chinese restrictions on exports of raw materials

Brussels, 05/11/2009 (Agence Europe) - After the breakdown of consultations launched in June, the European Commission on Wednesday 4 November asked the WTO to set up a panel to resolve a dispute between the EU and China over restrictions placed by Beijing on the exports of certain raw materials.
