Brussels, 23/10/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 22 October, the European Commission cleared the proposed acquisition of Baxi, of the UK, by Dutch company De Dietrich Remeha (Remeha). Both companies manufacture central heating products, in particular boilers for domestic and commercial applications.
