Loan for renovation of schools in Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region

Brussels, 19/10/2009 (Agence Europe) - The European Investment Bank (EIB) and the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur (PACA) region signed, on Thursday 15 October, a €400 million contract to fund the construction and refurbishment of schools (lycées), while keeping to the conditions of environmental quality and sustainable development. This is the first financing operation between the EIB and this region.

The EIB loan will be used for the construction, refurbishment and renovation of 33 schools...
