19/10/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 19 October, the European Commission granted clearance to the acquisition, by way of purchase of shares of joint control by Blackstone Group of the US and British Land Company plc of the UK of the undertakings owning “The Broadgate Estate” properties in London.
