First ITUC World Women's Conference

Brussels, 19/10/2009 (Agence Europe) - The theme of the conference organised by the International Trade Union Confederation (ITUC) in Brussels from Monday 19 to Wednesday 21 October is “Decent Work, Decent Life for Women”. Four hundred and fifty women trade union delegates from 100 countries will meet to assess how the global jobs crisis has affected women and map out international trade union action to improve women's job security, pay and conditions.
