27/11/2001 (Agence Europe) - The Institut d'Etudes Européennes of the Université Libre de Bruxelles (Jean Monnet European Division) is organising a course in Community law from the beginning of February to the end of April 2002. The first course will be given on 4 February by Paul Magnette, the Institut's director, on "Actualité du système politique et décisionnel européen", and the last on 25 April by Philippe Vigneron, Inspecteur Général at the Belgian National Bank on "Libre circulation des capitaux". Three other conferences are scheduled: a balance sheet of the Belgian Presidency of the Council of Ministers (18 February, Franklin Dehousse, Professor at Liège University); "L'apport du Tribunal de première instance à la jurisprudence communautaire" (22 March, Koen Lenaerts, judge at the Tribunal); and "L'EU face aux défis de l'élargissement" (26 April, Marie-Josée Jonczy, acting director of the European Commission's Legal Service).
