On Friday 26 October, the European Commission gave the go-ahead to the buy-up by Triton Managers III Limited and TFF III Limited, controlled by the Triton investment fund (Triton, Jersey), of European Directories (DH7) BV (Netherlands), a local search and lead generation company active on the telephone directory and related markets, as well as on mobile and online search markets.
