03/12/2010 (Agence Europe) - Loans in Hungary. On Monday 29 November, the European Investment Bank announced the granting of three loans totalling €385 million. Of this, - €150 will co-fund four priority development programmes in central Hungary, the central Transdanubia region, the West Pannon region and the North Hungary region; - €85 million will support tangible and non-tangible investment in development research and innovation in three large universities (Corvinius, Semmelweis and Eötvös Loránd); - and €150 million will be for the MOL oil-gas company for co-financing the construction of a natural gas pipeline between Városföld and the border with Croatia.
