Brussels, 21/01/2014 (Agence Europe) - Draft legislation is expected to be published by the European Commission on Wednesday 22 January as part of its climate and energy policy to 2030 to deal with long-term reform of the carbon market and sustainably solve the structural shortcomings of the EU's carbon market and carbon-trading system, ETS (see EUROPE1098).
