Brussels, 13/10/2009 (Agence Europe) - The EU Council of Ministers formally rejected without debate at the meeting of EU transport, telecoms and energy ministers, in Luxembourg on Friday 9 October, the amendments tabled by the European Parliament in the telecoms package adopted in second reading.
