15/09/2009 (Agence Europe) - Following Slovenia's lifting of its veto on talks on Croatian accession to the EU (see EUROPE 9975), Zagreb hopes that it will be able to open all negotiating chapters before the end of the year, Croatia's chief negotiator Vladimir Drobnjak said on Saturday. Enlargement Commissioner Olli Rehn said recently that Croatia could be in a position to complete accession negotiations in the first half of 2010. (H.B./transl.rt)
