07/09/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 7 September, the European Commission granted clearance to the proposed acquisition of joint control of CJSC Russian Alcohol Group and its subsidiaries (Russian Alcohol Group) by Lion Capital LLP of the UK and Central European Distribution Corporation (CEDC) of the US.
