28/08/2009 (Agence Europe) - European Parliament President Jerzy Buzek (EPP-ED, Poland) is expected to be in Ireland on 8 September to support the campaign in favour of the Lisbon Treaty before the Irish referendum is held on 2 October. The visit will take place at an invitation from the former president of the Parliament, Pat Cox of Ireland, who now heads the European Movement and who, in June, left his post to take over the running of the campaign calling on the Irish to ratify the treaty....
