Brussels, 04/08/2009 (Agence Europe) - The French agriculture minister decided just before the 29 July deadline that he would begin recovering the €338 million called for by the European Commission after it ruled that aid had been paid illegally to French fruit and vegetable producers between 1992 and 2002.
