Brussels, 23/07/2009 (Agence Europe) - The House of Lords European Affairs Committee is concerned about the possibly restrictive impact on consumer rights of the European draft directive on consumer rights with regard to sales contracts, goods and company services (EUROPE 9757). It also calls on the British government to subordinate its agreement on this text to a more comprehensive impact study.
