17/07/2009 (Agence Europe) - Portugal's efforts to combat the spread of pinewood nematode, a beetle that destroys pine trees, will be the focus of talks between the EU Health Commissioner and the Portuguese government during an official visit by the Commissioner, Androulla Vassiliou, to Portugal from Saturday 18 to Tuesday 21 July 2009.
