17/07/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Friday 17 July 2009, the European Commission announced that it has given the go-ahead to acquisition of joint control of Portuguese energy company Amper Central Solar S.A. by Acciona Energia Internacional S.A.U. of Spain and Mitsubishi Corporation of Japan. The deal was examined using the simplified procedure. (C.D.)
