Daul wants debate on incoming European Commission programme, with vote on President in September

Strasbourg, 15/07/2009 (Agence Europe) - The EPP group in the European Parliament hopes that there will be an “ideological debate” on the programme of the President of the next European Commission, and not on the candidate for the post, said group leader Joseph Daul (France) on Wednesday 15 July.
