25/06/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 25 June, the European Commission authorised the proposed acquisition of joint control of Hulu LLC (USA) by three companies, also American, namely General Electrics, News Corporation and The Walt Disney Company. The four companies concerned operate, among other things, in the entertainment, publishing and media sectors. (O.L./transl.jl)
