Brussels, 22/06/2009 (Agence Europe) - In conclusions adopted in Luxembourg on Monday 22 June, European agriculture ministers cautiously opened the way for revision of the aid scheme for farmers in areas with natural handicaps. Experts from several countries have criticised the methodology proposed by the Commission.
