22/06/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Friday 19 June, the European Commission granted clearance to the acquisition by Almeco GmbH (Germany), a company wholly controlled by Almeco Spa, Italy, and MAGE Industrie Holding AG (MAGE) of Germany of joint control of German company Tinox GmbH (currently wholly owned by MAGE) by way of purchase of shares.
