Brussels, 02/06/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 2 June, the European Commission authorised two acquisitions. Firstly, Severocèskè doly a.s. (SD) and J&T Investment Advisors s.r.o. (JTIA), both under Czech law, will acquire joint control of Dutch company, Mibrag B.V. as well as its German subsidiary Mitteldeutsche Braunkohlengesellschaft mbH.
