Brussels, 20/05/2009 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has decide to allocate €54 million in emergency humanitarian aid to vulnerable people in the Horn of Africa, a “region ravaged by extreme weather conditions, chronic conflict and deep poverty,” Commissioner Louis Michel said on Monday 18 May.
