19/05/2009 (Agence Europe) - On 18 May, the Council adopted a regulation amending Regulation 428/2005 which establishes a definitive antidumping duty on imports of discontinued polyester fibres from Saudi Arabia and China. The regulation also amends Regulation 2852/2000 establishing a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of discontinued polyester fibres from South Korea, and closes antidumping procedure concerning Taiwan.
