18/05/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 18 May, the Council welcomed the declaration of full operational capacity of the EU rule of law mission in Kosovo (EULEX Kosovo). The Council noted progress made by the largest EU civilian operation concerning assistance for the Kosovar authorities in consolidating rule of law and contributing to the setting in place of a stable and secure environment for all inhabitants, regardless of their origin.
