29/04/2009 (Agence Europe) - In a resolution adopted on Tuesday 28 April, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) says that Serbia is making progress on the way to European integration. However, it calls on Belgrade to draw up a roadmap containing concrete measures for the reform of democratic institutions - parliament in particular - to improve human rights and strengthen the rule of law.
