16/04/2009 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission intends to adopt a proposal for a regulation establishing a long-term plan for the Western stock of Atlantic horse mackerel on 21 April. The countries most involved in this fishery are the Netherlands (which has a quota of 61,229 tonnes in 2009), Spain, Ireland, Denmark, Portugal, the United Kingdom and Germany.
