16/04/2009 (Agence Europe) - The Ecole nationale d'administration (ENA) is organising a conference in Paris, on Tuesday 28 April, in partnership with the Finnish and Swedish embassies in France. The conference is on Europe 200 years after the Tilsit Treaty, which marks the separation of Sweden and Finland. Swedish and Finnish parliamentarians will be the main participants.
