03/04/2009 (Agence Europe) - The 27 secondary school students who won the Juvenes Translatores translation competition were awarded their prize and diploma in Brussels on Friday 3 April by European Commissioner for Multilingualism Leonard Orban. The competition, organised in November 2008 by the European Commission, had the dual objective of promoting language study and enhancing the value of the profession of translator (EUROPE 9730).
