04/02/2009 (Agence Europe) - Czech members of parliament decided on 3 February to postpone until 17 February at the earliest their vote on ratification of the Lisbon Treaty. As debates opened, Prime Minister Mirek Topolanek called for the vote to be deferred to allow more time for the parliamentary committees to present their conclusions.
