Court of First Instance refuses to allow Intel to defer deadline for response in abuse of dominant position case

Brussels, 28/01/2009 (Agence Europe) - By order of the Court of First Instance on 27 January, the request by Intel Corp, the world's largest manufacturer of microprocessors, to defer the deadline for replying to a Supplementary Statement of Objections from the Commission was refused.
