European trade unions suggest social progress protocol should be added to Union treaties

Brussels, 28/01/2009 (Agence Europe) - A delegation of the European Trade Union Confederation (ETUC), headed by its general secretary, John Monks, delivered its trade union memorandum (January-June 2009) to the Czech prime minister, Mirek Topolánek, on Wednesday 28 January, in Prague.
