Brussels, 13/01/2009 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission announced on 13 January that a European safety standard for baby walkers, which are designed to help young children aged between 6 and 15 months who are still unable to walk move around unassisted on their feet, was published on that same day in the Official Journal of the European Communities. This standard will help prevent many of the all-too-common accidents in the EU.
