13/01/2009 (Agence Europe) - Gordon Brown is to be in Paris on Wednesday 14 January to meet French President Nicolas Sarkozy. He will then move on to Berlin where he is to meet German Chancellor Angela Merkel, it was announced by the British prime minister's private office on Monday. According to Mr Brown's spokesman, the prime minister's meetings will be on the financial crisis and the next G20 summit in London in April, as well as on the situation in the Gaza Strip.
