Brussels, 13/01/2009 (Agence Europe) - The third plenary session of the Euro-Latin America Parliamentary Assembly (EUROLAT), composed of representatives from the European Parliament and from Latin American assemblies, is to be held on Monday 6 and Tuesday 7 April in Madrid.
