Alitalia sale made at market price

Brussels, 04/12/2008 (Agence Europe) - The independent expert mandated to monitor the conditions for the sell-off of Alitalia to the Italian airline (Cai, alliance of major Italian employers) concluded that it was done at market price. This declaration was made on Thursday 4 December by the European Commissioner for transport, Antonio Tajani (EUROPE 9781).
