07/11/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 4 November, the EU Council adopted a decision authorising the European Commission to negotiate an agreement between the European Atomic Energy Community (Euratom) and the US Ministry of Energy in the field of research and development in relation to nuclear safety.
