Brussels, 06/11/2008 (Agence Europe) - A Community source has revealed that the European Commission is about to put to the Council a draft regulation imposing, for a period of five years, anti-dumping duties of between 63 and 87% on screws, bolts and steel fasteners from China. These duties will apply to almost 200 Chinese businesses which export components, used largely in the manufacture of cars, electrical goods and machinery, worth €575 million to the EU.
