Consultation on regulation on mergers

Brussels, 28/10/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 28 October, the Commission launched a public consultation exercise on the EC regulation on mergers (Council regulation No 139/2004). This review will consider, inter alia, the threshold above which a proposed merger is referred to the Commission by national authorities.
