Brussels, 14/10/2008 (Agence Europe) - The Portuguese legislation which gives Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Lisboa the monopoly on lotteries and off-course betting may, according to the conclusions tabled by the Advocate General on 14 October, be in line with Community law.
