Extra cash for Kosovo and Palestine

Brussels, 03/10/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 2 October 2008, the EU Council of Ministers adopted Amending Letter Number 1 to the Preliminary Draft Budget for 2009 foreseeing extra funding in the domain of EU foreign action: the inclusion of an additional amount of €40 million to support the stability and development of Kosovo; and b) an additional amount of €139 million in commitment appropriations and €180 million in payment appropriations to support the Palestinian Authority....
