03/10/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Friday 3 October, the Political and Security Committee (PSC) approved the appointment of Dane Kai Vittrup as head of the EU police mission to Afghanistan (EUPOL Afghanistan). He will replace German Brigadier General Jurgen, Scholz, who has held the post since October 2007.
