Brussels, 23/09/2008 (Agence Europe) - According to estimates published on Tuesday 23 September by Eurostat, the industrial new orders index grew by 1.0% in July 2008 compared to June 2008 in the euro area, when the index dropped by 0.5%. Excluding ships, railway and aerospace equipment, industrial new orders fell by 1.4% in the euro area and by 3.6% in the EU27.
