Brussels, 17/09/2008 (Agence Europe) - The members of the European Parliament's committee on civil liberties unanimously adopted a codecision report by Carlos Coelho (EPP-ED, Portugal) on Monday 15 September in which they agree that children under the age of 12 should no longer have to provide fingerprints for passports issued in the EU.
