Brussels, 17/09/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Friday 19 September, the European Commission should adopt a report on the production of dried fodder in the EU, which backs up its idea, set out in the proposals on the common agricultural policy (CAP) health check, of introducing total decoupling of aid for dried fodder producers as of 1 April 2011. The report is therefore not accompanied by proposals, as those of the health check remain valid.
