02/09/2008 (Agence Europe) - Following its vacation, which began on 18 July, the Court resumed work on Monday 1 September. Judgements are scheduled for Wednesday in the Kadi and Al Barakaat cases (C402/05 P and C415/05 P). The two are challenging the freezing of their funds, under Community Regulation for their suspected support for terrorist organisations. (C.D./transl.rt)
