Brussels, 07/08/2008 (Agence Europe) - In a scientific opinion published on Tuesday 5 August 2008, the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) argues that the general principles applying to the prevention and control of the transmission through food of bacteria that are damaging to the human body would help prevent the transmission of antimicrobial resistance through food.
